HOW TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?
Put about 100 bricks in random order in closed room with an open window.
Then send 2 or 3 candidates in the room and close the door.
Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours and then analyze the situation.
If the applicants are counting the bricks;
If the applicants are recounting them;
If the applicants have messed up the whole place with the bricks;
If the applicants are arranging the bricks in some strange order;
If the applicants are throwing the bricks at each other;
If the applicants are sleeping;
If the applicants have broken the bricks into pieces;
If the applicants are sitting idle.
If the applicants say they have tried different combinations, yet not a brick has been moved;
If the applicants have already left for the day;
If the applicants are staring out of the Window;
If the applicants are talking to each other and not a single bricks have been moved;
